Walter Chaplinsky was taken into custody by a police officer who wanted to prevent further public disturbance. While being taken to the police station, he proceeded to insult the police officer after receiving equal treatment from the crowd who was allegedly attacking him. The court denied him First Amendment because it considered that the insults produced by Chaplinsky did not contribute to any "expression of ideas".
Despite considering that it would be a correct action to apply this sort of action on a broader scale, it would certainly lead to the emergence of numerous court cases similar to this one. This would mean considerable additional workload to the courts, hindering the entity's efficiency.
Both men believed it necessary to revolt against entrenched monarchs that did not serve the will of the people. Montesquieu recognized man's desire to satisfy their needs by associating with one another thereby creating a societal government. Paine musing about how men sequestered in a small part of the earth would gravitate toward forming a society is illustrative of the influence of Montesquieu philosophy. Rousseau The Social Contract states that Man was born free but everywhere he is in chains.
In labour market the relevant measure is the prize floor!
Prize floor means that the workers do not need to afraid that their product will be sold for less than they invested in it - it therefore gives the workers a security of return and a security of their livelihood. It can for example be applied to farmers and their products.
Well, I've never heard of a student getting detention for calling their teacher by a nickname, that would be unnecessary and a little over dramatic, don't you think? I think if the teacher doesn't like being called said nickname then the teacher would tell the student to stop calling them by said nickname. But if the student has done it multiple times after the teacher has asked them to stop, then the student would be punished by being sent to the E.R for an hour each day depending on how long the teacher wants you in there (my school's room for students who have done something bad, like a reset room). But detention? That would just be silly.
A King or Queen would be in a Monarchy.
