Basically, you just multiply every vertex by the k factor. 

So,
A(-6,6) = A(-6*0.5, 6*0.5) = A(-3, 3)

Same logic:
B(-6, -6) = B(-3, -3)
C(8, 0) = C(4, 0)

So, find an option (cuz I can't see all of em), that has vertices:
A(-3,3)
B(-3, -3)
C(4, 0)
