Answer : Option  "D"

Explanation: Misuse of medications prescribed by the doctor contributes to reemergence of the disease, more than the appearance of new disease.

The immune system of the human body adapt itself with those medications and get used to of them, the state of the brain and metabolism should be taken care before the consumption of any kind of medicines.

The regular consumption of medicines made the immune system familiar to them and after a period of time there will be no cure to the disease, thus results into the reemergence of the disease.

Also the teenagers misuse the medications like opioids, depressants and stimulants which can cause the harmful effects.

Hence medications could be misused and results into the reemergence of the disease.
