First you have to get the equation into slope/intercept format: y = mx + b

$3y > -3+6x\\\\\frac{3y}{3} >\frac{-3+6x}{3} \\y >\frac{3(-1+2x)}{3} \\y > -1+2x\\\\y>2x-1$

So the slope m = 2, and the y-intercept b = -1.
