Exergames are "games, usually video games that involve the body movement or body reaction of players in playing the game."

Unlike the traditional video games that only require gamepads to play, exergames make players act as if they are inside. Thereby the players' movement in real life translates into their actions in the video game.

Exergames became a hit success back in 1998 when Konami's Dance Dance Revolution was released.

Hence, in this case, it is concluded that exergames are good for physical activities or exercise.
