I would think A or B because, The did want to get richer and that is why voyages happen but they also had resources there that they were able to use to build things. In some states or conturys , they werent able to build or create sertan items or buildings. There were no laws in america at the time do they were able to go to america to get what they wanted and build things and not get in trouble. But i am going more twoards A Because if you build things and have people pay for the items, u can get richer lol. I hoped it helped
