Answer:

B. It can cause the muscles to tighten up rather than relax

Explanation:

Ballistic stretching is where you stretch the muscle as far as it go (comfortably), then, you bounce, causing that joint to tighten and go even further.

------------------------------------

Ballisitic stetching can tear and damage your muscles. It is not the most recommended at all.

Like stated before, ballistic stretching can cause tearing and damage to our mucles and joints. There is more risk for injury in it than with regular stretching.

Ballistic stretching does the exact opposite of relaxing your muscles. Therefore, the best answer is B.

hope this helps!

PtichkaEL [24]
Personality disorder created from  a deeply ingrained and maladaptive pattern of a specific behavior that manifested over a long period of time. Including Narccistic behavior, anxiety , inferiority, paranoid behavior , etc.

Overall, people who diagnosed with personality disorder will have a very hard time functioning in society, because they have a wrong mindset of thinking but they don't feel that they have it wrong.

Based on that, it will be very difficult for them to move to a new location and start a new job ( where they have to socialize with new people, or start a new challenge)

Ps I understand how it is, just don't stand down and let her know you she is getting to you.
