Answer:

The results of a urine analysis can be noted in tables in addition to progress notes.

Explanation:

In order to expedite the documentation of the results of a urine sample and present more direct and objective information, it is possible to document these results in tables, in place of progress notes. This is because, although progress notes are very important for assessment and documentation, tables are more objective, quick and simple documents that allow the main point of the urine analysis to be presented quickly, as they are not pre-empted to explain the results, but exposes them directly.

LiRa [457]

Answer

They produce hormones and sperm

Explanation

The Testes are a pair of ovoid glandular organs which are responsible for the production of sperm cell and the male sex hormone called testosterone. The testes produce 12 trillion sperm in a male’s life time. A single ejaculation releases 400 million sperm. Testes are therefore the major reproductive organs of the male. The epididymis nourishes the sperm themselves. The scrotum is the pouch like skin that protects the testes. Copulatory has to do something with sexual activities

horrorfan [7]

Answer:

Ah, my favorite sport would have to be dance. I really that you have to push your boundaries and your patience, too. Dance has a bit of a mental thing, as well. If you don't have confidence, your dance will look sloppy and out of tune. Ballet is my favorite kind of dance if you want to get specific. When you do it right, you look so graceful, beautiful, and amazing.

Hope this helps you, i guess, lol! Have a great day!
