Genetic equilibrium is a theoretical state. It never happens in nature because it goes against evolution.
Here are the five conditions that cause genetic equilibrium to occur:
- No selection
- No mutation
- No migration
- Large population
- Random mating
For building protein the first step should be DNA that makes how protein should be so the answer is C :))
