1.) I have noticed that my body system reacts to certain food types these days which were absolutely fine I take them before now

2.) Protein and carbohydrates

3.) Vegetables

4.) Having been thought about the usefulness of protein and carbinhyfrate in every day life, with the supply of energy by carbinhyfrate ND the repair of body tissues by protein. They also seem to be the most popular.

5.) Quantifying the needle possible serving seems impossible in my case, as in most cases I do not follow a regular feeding routine.
