Answer:

the liver filters nutrients etc. the pancreas rinse the food that comes from your stomach to make it softer, it also produces insulin. the small intestines take all the nutrients out of your food and brings it to the liver, and when there is unwanted waste it goes into the large intestines where it turns into feces. and they all work together to digest food.

#1. All the blood leaving the stomach and intestines passes through the liver. The liver processes this blood and breaks down, balances, and creates the nutrients and also metabolizes drugs into forms that are easier to use for the rest of the body or that are nontoxic.

#2. During digestion, your pancreas makes pancreatic juices called enzymes. These enzymes break down sugars, fats, and starches. Your pancreas also helps your digestive system by making hormones. These are chemical messengers that travel through your blood.

#3. The intestines are responsible for breaking food down, absorbing its nutrients and solidifying the waste. The small intestine is the longest part of the GI tract, and it is where most of your digestion takes place.

#5. Your pancreas makes a digestive juice that has enzymes that break down carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. The pancreas delivers the digestive juice to the small intestine through small tubes called ducts. Liver. Your liver makes a digestive juice called bile that helps digest fats and some vitamins.

Westkost [7]
The nurse should intervene in a way of telling the student to not keep the feeding bag dry with the use of having it filled with the right amount as the student is feeding the client. It is also best to monitor the placement before administering the food or medication and that it should also be rinsed to promote cleanliness and the health of the client.
