Dear Chairman, I have some ideas on helping students achieve higher results. First idea I propose is making a study time where students can study in their most comfortable way possible. This promotes more learning and will make the process much faster as students will be doing it in a way that suits them. Another idea is to give lessons on how to be more productive at home and balancing everything to make time for self care and studying. Sincerely, (your name)
Because if people start to get rowdy make sure you stay safe and unproblematic because the last thing jane would want to do is get hurt and/or arrested.
