Why do I feel emotionally drained? Why do I end up getting more depressed the harder I try to push myself out of this hole?

Often times when a person feels emotionally drained its due to restless sleep or depression. Depression isnt something you make yourself get out of its something that takes time due proccess. Remeber people out there care and are by your side.
