Answer:

People with mental disabilities especially the more extreme conditions, are some of the most vulnerable people in society because they can be abused and taken advantage on account of their disability. This is even worse when they are physically dependent on the abuser. For this reason, there are several laws in most countries that are there to protect the disabled amongst us to ensure that their disability does not warrant their abuse at the hands of others. 

Note: There were no options so I included both physical and mental disability but it could be one or the other.
