The three rights mentioned in the declaration of independence are the right to life, freedom, and the pursuit of happiness.

What are human rights?

Human rights are the basic rights inherited by each citizen living in a country from his/her birth till his/her demise.

Declaration of Independence provides three human rights namely, the right to life, the right to freedom, and the right to be happy. These are the natural rights that are provided to each and every citizen of the US country. They can't be taken away from them due to which they are called unalienable rights.

Therefore, the right to life, freedom, and happiness were the three rights mentioned in the declaration of independence.

Answer:

Throwing the paper was a provocation.

Explanation:

Provocation is defined in the dictionary as: an action intended to cause a reaction, especially anger or annoyance.

Frank's behaviour reveals that he wanted attention, he knew he would gain it by making people laugh , he also knew that flinging the paper airplane would be a very provocative act as Mr. Curtis wouldn't tolerate it, so the whole act of flinging the paper was a provocation because he wanted to infurate the teacher to make people laugh and ultimately gaining attention.
