Stress is never really good for your body because it disrupts homeostasis, but it can be good for your mind. One example of good stress is when you have a test at school. Stress is caused because you are afraid that you'll get a bad grade which will cause you to study harder. That will likely result in a good grade. Another example of good stress is when you have a sports game that is very important. Stress caused by wanting or needing to win will make you practice harder and better than before.
