Answer:

Mental health is an important factor in human health and our minds. Mental health has worsen throughout the years and is seen mostly in Young adults (18-25 year olds). Sometimes can be seen in younger children/teens. Mental health can be affected by our school life, job, personal life, trauma, etc. Some of the most common mental health illnesses are; anxiety disorders, major depression, and bipolar disorder. Only 37% of people have actually gotten treatment.

I can't say I could change mental health in humans but I side with providing more help/programs to people who need help, mentally. I believe we should also look out for signs in children, since if it affects them at an early age. It could have a great impact on them in their older years. Students have also been affected during the Pandemic. Causing more mental problems in students. Schools should provide help; that doesn't make the student(s) feel as if they're 'not normal.'

Answer:

Mental health is a very important part of human health.

Explanation:

Mental health could be very serious and even become a physical issue. Peoples mental health changes the way they interact with others, accomplish certain activities, take proper care of themselves and etc..

But, there are many ways to (not change) but improve mental health. Simply by being surrounded by a supportive, loving and overall beneficial group is very effective.

"Healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step."

Hope this helps. :)
