What are some major health concerns that you have?: Obesity, and Corona Virus.

Are there ways that you know you can prevent these health concerns (or other concerns like obesity)?: You can start with a healthy diet and exercise more, and for Corona Virus you clean your hands, and wear masks.

If you need to find out more about a specific health issue, what do you do? Please be specific. (Don’t let them say “look on the internet”, because we have already learned that not everything on the internet is reliable! They should tell you a specific site if they use the internet as a source.): I actually ask my aunt who is a retired doctor!

What do you think is the biggest health concern facing our country?: Corona Virus, it really is such a concern to our health.

What are some things that you do to help monitor your health?: I eat healthy, and I play flag football!

How do you monitor your food and water intake now?: I actually use  a water bottle that keeps track of my water intake and I check calories!

How would you help get the word out about this lifestyle change?: Under the tag of, "That girl" its what helped me get motivated.

How do you think the media influences what concerns we have for our health?: It really helped me so I guess it helps a lot. Honestly I wouldn't have gotten like the way I am If it wasn't for the internet.
