Gravitational Force acting on two objects can be easily represented by formula :

\qquad \sf  \dashrightarrow \:F = \dfrac{Gm_1m_2}{r²}

so, from above we get :

\qquad \sf  \dashrightarrow \:F  \propto \dfrac{1}{r²}

We can conclude from derived information that, Gravitational force is inversely proportional to the distance between the objects. so if the objects move closer to each other. value of r decreases. hence we can say that Gravitational force increases.

Therefore, the correct choice is A. It increases
