Answer: The nephridium (plural nephridia) is an invertebrate organ, found in pairs and performing a function similar to the vertebrate kidneys (which originated from the chordate nephridia). Nephridia remove metabolic wastes from an animal's body. Nephridia come in two basic categories: metanephridia and protonephridia.

Which best describes how food availability affects the carrying capacity of an area?
ruslelena [56]

Answer:

I believe your answer would be "B"

Explanation:

If the food supply increases for a spider, they will reproduce faster, creating more food for the next animal in the food chain, and then that animal will reproduce faster, creating more food for the next animal, and so on! This would create more room for more animals because they can reproduce faster and create more all together.

Have a blessed day, please mark BRAINLIEST if correct! :D

How did the evolution of living things affect the evolution of the atmosphere???
LenKa [72]
Evolution of the atmosphere, the development of Earth’s atmosphere across geologic time. The process by which the current atmosphere arose from earlier conditions is complex; however, evidence related to the evolution of Earth’s atmosphere, though indirect, is abundant. Ancient sediments and rocks record past changes in atmospheric composition due to chemical reactions with Earth’s crust and, in particular, to biochemical processes associated with life.

The principal of Dominance states that
jeka94

Principle of Dominance was given by Sir Gregor Johann Mendel.

Explanation:

Principle of Dominance was given by Sir Gregor Johann Mendel as a conclusion of the monohybrid cross between the different characteristic pea plants. It says that in an organism which is heterozygous for a particular character, only the dominant trait is able to express as a phenotype, not the recessive one. In other words, the recessive allele is completely masked by the presence of the dominant allele. This leads to same phenotype of a homozygous dominant organism and a heterozygous organism.

To test the organism about its heterozygosity, the organism is led through a test cross where the organism is crossed with a recessive organism. If the F1 offsprings are all dominant, then the organism is homozygous dominant, and if the F1 offsprings are of half dominant and half recessive phenotype, then the organism is heterozygous.
