Answer:

Adverse effects include hoarseness, candidiasis (fungal infection)

To deal with adverse effects, the patient should be taught to rinse the mouth with water after administration of the product and use a bronchodilator, wait 5 minutes and then use glucocorticoid.

Explanation:

An inhaled glucocorticoid beclomethasone are steroid hormones that have a wide and diverse pharmacology, however, their mechanism of action and main effects can be summarized simply. These hormones are synthesized in the adrenal gland cortex and present as a basic structure cyclopentanoperhydrophenanthrene. They can alter carbohydrate metabolism and decrease the inflammatory response. For this reason, this drug can be used in clinical practice for several purposes, including hormone replacement, immunosuppression, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory therapy, as well as asthma treatments, such as the above question.

In the case shown in the question above, the patient should be informed of the possible side effects he may suffer from the drug. These effects include rickling and candidiasis, so it is important that the patient take some precautions during treatment.

These precautions include using a bronchodilator five minutes before glucocorticoid and rinsing your mouth with clean water after inhaling the medication.

 2. Protection of human rights .
 3. The monopoly of government coercion to ensure law enforcement .
 4. Oversight by an independent judge in matters of the government implementing and enforcing the rule of law .
 5. Honesty and open to the public .

Further Explanation

The rule of law is how citizens are governed by the rule of law and not by the power of others. The law is a legal proposition that treats everyone equally in the same situation. Law is needed both for individuals as part of the State as people who have rights and obligations. Theoretically and practically law as a discipline should have an analysis model and be able to solve various problems. Because this is the view that the law has flexibility in regulating life.

One of the legal experts from England, A.V Docey in the 19th century argued that the law is more inclined to the state administration. The most well-known conception of the rule of law consists of three elements, namely:

The absolute supremacy of the law over arbitrary power includes extensive free power held by the government

Every citizen is a subject of the law of the State which is carried out in a general court

Rights are not based on a constitutional outline statement but the actual decision of the court.
