Vision and hearing disorders can cause depression and anxiety which, if untreated, can lead to a premature death. this often occurs due to abuse of alcohol or drugs or, if seen in someone with a physical illness, the lack of communication between patient and healthcare providers. their quality of life can be vastly altered in regards to their social and physical capabilities and tolerances. often times in patients recovering from a physical or mental illness, it is difficult for them to feel safe enough/confident enough to express their feelings and symptoms.

LuckyWell [14K]

Answer:

Positive inotropic effect means that it increases the contraction force of the heart, reducing the intracellular calcium level of the myocardium.

Explanation:

    Inotropism is a health science term to refer to the contraction capacity of the cardiac (myocardial) muscles. Inotropic action influences contractile force, velocity of  myocardial pressure development and ejection velocity.

  • Negative inotropic effect means contraction force decreases or decreases cardiac output
  • Positive inotropic effect means that it increases the contraction force of the heart, reducing the intracellular calcium level of the myocardium.

Positive chronotropic action increases

  • heart rate - tachycardia;
  • cardiac contraction force, both  atrio and ventricles);
