What are mystery religions?

The diverse mystery cults of the Greco-Roman world that provided people with non-secular studies which are not provided via way of means of the legitimate public religions can be referred to as mystery religions.

Religion belongs to the broader culture and its adherents come and cross freely whereas a cult has a tendency to be counter-cultural, prescribing the social life of its adherents to different cult members. melamori03 [73]

The text in this passage that mostly shows a lack of concern was the refuse dump that was left in the neighborhood

According to the passage there were inadequacies in the method through which refuse was collected.

In this particular area, it was a big problem. The people that lived in the area were made to stay in such pitiable and foul environment.

The area was so bad that there was a fear of sickness and death from this issue. But although the problem was constantly reported to the politicians, nothing was done about it.

One of the arguments for engaging in war is that it helps the economy. Why do you think this happens? Could the economy be stimu
vovangra [49]
During war time most male citizens are employed (If the waring country uses conscription) which lowers the national unemployment rate. Factories for non essential items will start to switch into making products for war use which makes businesses boom and grows the national economy. Also employment rates rise again due to the factory workforce hiring women and men who cant fight in war to work in the factories. War-bonds fund the government aswell, because citizens buy them in a way to "loan" their government to support the war effort which raises their military budget. The development of new technologies can also lead to economical prosperity.

A great example of this is the United States during the Great Depression when unemployment rates were at a all time high. Once Japan declared war on the United States, unemployment rates were back to normal due to conscription being implemented for male citizens. The females also worked in the factories creating munitions and arms for the war effort.
