Hello!! Schools that use a no-tolerance policy are followed by consequences. My school has no-tolerance policies for drugs, alcohol, bullying, etc. If you are caught with any of these, then you will suspended or expelled, depending on the seriousness of the charge. What i normally do is To start, stand with your feet hip-width apart, and hold a 5- or 10-pound weight in your left hand. Bend sideways to the left, while squeezing your waist on the left side while looking forward (keeping your neck in a neutral position).
