Hello!

Your answer would be A.

Increase perspiration

Perspiration means "to sweat", sweating is your bodys way of reducing body temperature.

For example, if you were having a heat stroke, you would get very sweaty, because your body is trying to cool itself down.

Hope this helps!

What is a health risk you have seen in
kupik [55]

Answer:

▪Too much intake of fats and oils.

This will increase the risk of high blood pressure, hardening of the arteries, heart attack and stroke.

▪My solution. Eat a balanced diet as many times as you can because its healthy. All food types (protein, carbohydrates.......) have effects if one of them is taken too much.

▪According to my research (google) it is healthy to take 2 to 3 teaspoons of oil per day ,this will mean that you have taken 1/2 a litre of oil per month.

Hope it helps.☆
