Maybe listening to some calming music or ASMR will help you sleep better. I also recommend turning down the brightness of any of your devices and using the night shift. I hope this helps! maybe drinking some water too. If none of that works I would recommend getting medication such as melatonin if you just absolutely cannot sleep :) do not be afraid to ask your parents for some.
