Answer:

No fight, no weapons, no conditions, just silence. This war is labeled among liberal parties and communist who uses high intelligences in an attack. They make us of their tactics and spying techniques to learn from an enemy. It is called the cold war since both sides have not fought or neither made peace.

It wasn’t really a conventional war ,it was more like a proxy war, the us and ussr acted thru 3rd party countries on who had the best influence on the world pretty much,it all came to an end when the ussr formally disbanded cause they were bad dealing with money and the people were sick of them for or at least that’s what I think
