Angela is a prosecutor who handles mostly murder cases. She believes "The CSI Effect" is real and can be problematic for trying

cases, but she also has a new theory. Angela believes that millennials don't care about shows that show how police and forensic professionals do their jobs, and it's mostly older jurors who are confused by the science. She thinks younger jurors might be skeptical, but they just want reliable evidence wherever it comes from. Angela thinks only seniors watch TV shows about police and forensic procedures, so she wants to eliminate all jurors who watch those shows. Angela knows it is illegal to eliminate potential jurors based on age, race, sex, or for any reason based on discrimination. However, she can eliminate them for non-discriminatory reasons.
1. Is wanting to avoid "The CSI Effect" a discriminatory reason to eliminate jurors, in general? Why or why not?
2. Does it matter if Angela believes this effect is directly tied to age? Why or why not?

With the case study given above, it may be ascertained that,

 1. The want to avoid 'The CSI Effect' is a non-discriminatory reason to eliminate the jurors in general, as it does not conflict to any social discrimination based upon gender, race or other such factors;
 2. Furthermore, it is to be assumed that 'The CSI Effect' is directly tied to age as per the beliefs of Angela, and involves social discrimination based on the age of jurors.

What is social discrimination?

Any discriminative act, which directly relates to a biased behavior based upon the factors such as age, race, gender, ethnicity, and other such factors contained under Constitution lead to social discrimination.

As per the beliefs of Angela, her act of wanting to avoid 'The CSI Effect' conflicts a social discrimination for young jurors only, and not in general, as it is a discrimination of age.

Hence, the significance of social discrimination is aforementioned.

Explanation:

It is necessary for a force to give impulse for the object to move, achieve speed and acceleration.

The movement can be modified at any time by changing the object's position.

The word "speed" refers to the ability to move quickly. This means that every object with speed has the ability to move very fast.

A reference point can be used to determine if an object is in motion or at rest, but it cannot be used to determine the time traveled by an object.

Anything that remains at rest, that is, remains stationary can be used as a reference point to determine whether another object is at rest or in motion.

The reference point does not need to move with the moving object, it is possible that it will be used even in repayment.

The speed is calculated by the ratio between the displacement (ie distance traveled) of an object and the time spent at that moment.

Objects may have displacements at low speeds, but not zero.

A long distance trip requires more time.

There are several objects on earth that are at rest in relation to different points of reference.
