Xaxier : Est-ce que le professeur te connaît ?
           ( Does the teacher know you)
Marc : Non. Il ne me connaît pas.
           (No. He doesn't know me)

te = tu //you
le = il //him = he
me = je //me= I
la = elle // her= she

Not sure my explanations help a lot !!
