Mr. Wu should turn to the State Pharmaceutical Assistance Program for help since he is eligible for Medicare.

What is a health care plan?

A health care plan can be defined as a medical plan or an insurance for the medical care of a particular patient which covers a part or whole risk of the medical expenses incurred such as Medicare.

In this scenario, Mr. Wu should turn to the State Pharmaceutical Assistance Program for help since he is eligible for Medicare because he may still qualify for help in paying Part D low-income costs.

eimsori [14]

Answer:

Many factors play an important role in staying healthy. Good health can decrease the risk of developing certain conditions, such as heart disease, stroke, some types of cancer and injuries.

Explanation:

A good plan should include aspects such as:

-Eat Healthy. Selecting healthy foods can prevent or treat some conditions, it can also help you lose weight and lower cholesterol.

-Exercise regularly. Regular exercise can make you feel better and keep the weight under control, at least for 30 to 60 minutes about 5 times a week.

-Protect the skin from sun exposure. It is best to limit the time spent in the sun. Wear protective clothing and hat when outside. Use sunscreen throughout the year on exposed skin, such as the face and hands. Select a broad spectrum sunscreen, such as an SPF 15.

-Do not smoke or use tobacco. They can cause heart disease and cancer of the mouth, throat or lung. They are also major factors of emphysema and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

i think everyone goes through this , and i'm not a therapist but from someone's point of view who has seen it and experienced it , as hard as it may sound ... cut that person out. and if you're thinking about harming yourself , please speak to someone and/or call a hotline. :) you matter

and you got this okay. it took me a while to learn to be okay with myself but 5 years from now , the people you speak to now prob aren't going to be in your life , so why are you stressing over it ? cut them off and move on w your life. delete social media , disappear for a while and get yourself together , it will help , i promise !!

The interior of a cell membrane is ____________
Lady_Fox [76]

Answer:

Hydrophobic.

Explanation:

The plasma membrane or cell membrane is made of the lipid bilayer and the proteins are embedded in the this layer. Carbohydrates are also exposed to the cell surface in association with proteins and lipids.

The interior of the cell membrane is hydrophobic due to the arrangement of the lipid bilayer. The hydrophobic part of the lipid membrane are associated with each other that makes the interior of the cell membrane hydrophobic and small molecules easily diffuse through the membrane.
