They can all affect the heart and lungs . If present while starting a new exercise regime these conditions can cause these organs to fail if the regime is too strenuous for you . Conditions like asthma , hypertension , any heart diseases , lung diseases , cancer or anything that can affect the heart and lungs . If you suffer from any consult your doctor on which exercise regime is right for you .
