They can all affect the heart and lungs . If present while starting a new exercise regime these conditions can cause these organs to fail if the regime is too strenuous for you . Conditions like asthma , hypertension , any heart diseases , lung diseases , cancer or anything that can affect the heart and lungs . If you suffer from any consult your doctor on which exercise regime is right for you .

During cardiovascular games heart and lungs play very important role, your heartbeat increases and a lot of pressure is buildup on your lungs. Any medical condition in which you cannot use full capacity your heart and lungs is to be taken into consideration before planning any such activity. Some of the medical conditions are:

  • Cardiovascular diseases: Medical conditions related to heart can cause sudden death upon extreme exertion.
  • Respiratory diseases: Medical conditions such as acute lung infections and asthma can kill a person by choking him/her if involved in extreme strenuous games.
  • Arthritis issues: Your bones becomes weak and are prone to break down in no time, thus they are advised not to put extreme strain on bones to avoid any irreparable damage.
