Occasionally, Jessie will fall asleep at inappropriate times, for example, in the middle of talking to a customer at work. Based on this information, Jessie might be experiencing narcolepsy.

What is narcolepsy?

A chronic sleep disorder called narcolepsy is characterized by extreme daytime sleepiness and unexpected sleep bouts. Regardless of the situation, people with narcolepsy frequently struggle to stay awake for extended periods of time. everyday routine may be severely disrupted by narcolepsy.

Lack of the brain chemical hypocretin, also known as orexin, which controls wakefulness, is a common cause of narcolepsy. Hypocretin is believed to be lacking because the immune system erroneously attacked the cells that make it or the receptors that enable it to function.

possible triggers are:

 • a heritable genetic defect.
 • hormonal alterations, such as those brought on by puberty or menopause.
 • significant psychological stress
 • a sudden alteration in sleeping habits.
 • an illness, like the swine flu

Narcolepsy has five primary symptoms that are together referred to as CHESS (Cataplexy, Hallucinations, Excessive daytime sleepiness, Sleep paralysis, and Sleep disruption). Although excessive daytime sleepiness is a common symptom of narcolepsy, not every patient will have all five symptoms.

the word cafeteria comes from a the Spanish word cafeteria which means coffee shop is is a cultural diffusion or no
EleoNora [17]

Hello! I'll gladly go over this question as a native Spanish speaker.

It's very common to see Spanish words that were adapted or transitioned from an English word. Cafeteria would be one of them. Another eample would be tanque = Tank. This is the result of a bad pronunciation or adaptation from the original word which would be the English one.

You can definitely find many examples like that one, and notice how Spanish cultures mix English words with their Spanish and adapt them until they become official words in dictionaries.

kotegsom [21]
It is C; Balance Transfer fee is NOT a common credit card fee.

You only acquire a balance transfer fee when you shift the credit from one card to another.

Yearly membership fee, late fee, and minimum payment fee are all applicable to all credit cards.

Hope this helps! :)
