Why should latrines be properly managed?Give any five reasons.
Liono4ka [1.6K]

Answer:

Why should latrines be properly managed

Proper management of latrines, and improved appreciation of the dangers of becoming infected or ill by contact with fecal wastewater can prevent exposure to viruses, bacteria and eggs of parasites that cause diseases

Five reasons why latrines should be properly managed are;

1) The location of latrines determines the possible exposures or of ingested food or water to harmful pathogens, and therefore, latrines which are temporary, should be located downstream from wells, and latrines should be located away from the home in the direction of the wind

2) Regular cleaning of the latrine ensures that disease causing organisms are removed before diseases spread

3) Proper management of latrines includes the proper location of latrines within the environment, such that a latrine should be not be less than 5 meters from the home when it is outside, and it should not be too far from the home, for safe usage

4) Proper management and provision of additional sanatory latrine accessories, including, where possible, the provision of a wash hand basins having taps with flowing water, to wash the hands, after using the toilet, and adequate cover of faecal matter to prevent the spread of disease causing organisms by flies

5) By ensuring the use of the right cleaning medium including, toilet paper and water, is used in the latrine can reduce the number and cost of maintenance of latrines and sewage system

The end of inflammation? new approach could treat dozens of diseases.
Maslowich

SPMs promote the natural cleansing of cellular debris, help maintain a healthy balance of cytokine compounds, and support healthy tissue rejuvenation. but it is not yet the end of the inflammation.

Are SPM the solution to inflammation?

Specialized Pro-Resolution Mediators (SPMs) help maintain the body's healthy post-inflammatory response to support whole-body health. These powerful compounds promote the natural cleansing of cellular debris, help maintain a healthy balance of cytokine compounds, and support healthy tissue rejuvenation.

SPMs are being tested extensively in animal models of diseases such as cancer and sepsis, and more modestly in small studies of patients with eczema and periodontal disease.

With this information, we can conclude that the SPMs promote the natural cleansing of cellular debris, help maintain a healthy balance of cytokine compounds, and support healthy tissue rejuvenation. but it is not yet the end of the inflammation.
