Bupropion and Varenicline, both medicines reduce the craving for smoking by inhibiting the connection of nicotine and dopamine in the brain.

Effect of the Oral medicines in quitting smoking:

To quit smoking, the Food and Drug Administration approved Smoking cessation products to help in getting rid of smoking. These products are in the form of tablets that do not contain nicotine. These tablets are Bupropion and Varenicline( Chantix) and react with the dopamine center in the brain. With every smoking, the nicotine stimulates to release of dopamine which in turn triggers the brain to release more dopamine and thus causing frequent smoking in the person.

Because Chantix doesn't contain nicotine, it prevents dopamine from being released, and bupropion works as an antidepressant to calm the brain's nerves, reducing the need and sensation to smoke. Together, these two medications support smoking cessation.

Pharmacy and pharmacist are very important in medical science.
Westkost [7]

Answer:

The practice of pharmacy requires excellent knowledge of drugs, their mechanism of action, side effects, interactions, mobility, and toxicity. Pharmacy practice has played a very important role in building the trust of patients in the health care system, reducing treatment cost, achieving better health outcomes, reducing the risk of treatments and side effects of medication, safe access to the treatment and improved quality of life in many countries. Pharmacists are the experts on drug therapy and are the primary health professionals who optimize the use of medication for the benefit of the patients. Clinical pharmacists play a crucial role in different health care setups by evaluating and revising the medicines, medication history, dispensing errors, administration errors, analyzing drug interactions, pointing out the adverse drug reactions, exhorting individualization of dosage regimen, and contributing to patient's counseling. By participation in clinical discussions and ward rounds, the clinical pharmacists can help in identifying, preventing, and reducing drug interactions and other drug-related problems

Artist 52 [7]

What is aortic regurgitation?

Aortic regurgitation, also known as aortic valve regurgitation, is a problem that develops when the aortic valve in your heart doesn't seal completely. As a result, part of the blood that is pumped out of your left ventricle, your heart's primary pumping chamber, seeps backward.

Your heart may be unable to effectively pump blood to the rest of your body as a result of the leak. You can have exhaustion and shortness of breath as a result.

Aortic valve regurgitation may appear overnight or take years to manifest. Surgery is frequently required to repair or replace the aortic valve after aortic valve regurgitation has reached a severe stage.

Surgery to replace your aortic valve is the recommended course for treatment. During this procedure, your surgeon will remove the damaged valve and replace it with a mechanical valve, the valve from a pig or cow, or with human tissue. Over time, these tissues may need to be replaced.

tester [92]

The next step that should be taken by the nurse is the intravenous administration of Dopamine.

What is Dopamine?

The drug dopamine is a chemical that naturally exists in the body. It functions by strengthening the heart's pumping action and enhancing blood flow to the kidneys. When you are in shock, certain conditions can be treated with dopamine injection (Intropin).

Dopamine is indicated in following conditions:

 • Low blood pressure
 • Poor cardiac output (when the heart doesn’t pump out enough blood)
 • Poor blood flow to vital organs
 • Some cases of septic shock

Dopamine contributes to how we experience pleasure. It plays a significant role in the exceptional ability of humans to think and plan. It encourages us to work hard, concentrate, and find things interesting.

Your body distributes it throughout the brain's four main circuits. You don't detect it (or perhaps even know about it), like with most other systems in the body, until there is a problem.
