The importance of the writings of Chief Joseph is that it provides a point of view that contradicts official accounts.

Why should Chief Joseph's writings be studied?

Federal policy was such that indigenous people were painted to be savages who would be better off forfeiting their lands to the federal government.

Chief Joseph's writings disprove this and instead shows a different side to the conflict that would vindicate Natives. It should therefore be studied for fairness.

What is a current world problem involving the 6th amendment and what a ferw things that caused it?
Tju [1.3M]

Answer

Hi,

The challenge is that public attorney lack enough time to investigate cases, file motions or do the required legal work in preparing trials leaving defendants disadvantaged

Explanation

The sixth amendment of the United States Constitution guarantees a citizen a speedy trial, a fair jury and an attorney if the accused individual wants on. In elaboration, the accused person has the right to a speedy and public trial. Currently, this is sometimes ignored making accused individual face trials without a counsel provided. In addition to that challenge, public defender services are receiving little funds ,where few attorneys work with a huge load of cases thus failing to meet the recommended time to effectively represent the clients.

Hope this helps!

Microscope is the device used to view the objects that human eyes are incapable to see. The microorganisms, cells etc are viewed through the microscope. Microscope aids in viewing these specimens by three properties namely magnification, resolution and contrast.

Magnification is defined as the increasing the apparent size of object. The actual size of the specimen remains same. Resolution refers to minimum distance that separates the object. Due to resolution, we are able to see distinct images on magnification. Contrast is the adjustment of light intensity to assist in viewing and differentiating the object from its own and overall background.
