Justice Goldberg uses the 5th amendment to state that people have unenumerated rights. The Court used this amendment to argue that tge 9th amendment was included in the right to privacy.

<h3>What is the right to privacy?</h3>

This is the law that states that people would not be subjected to any forms of unreasonable searches in their homes or in their properties.

The law states that the people had the rights to speak up against such searches in the nation.

As cell phone technology became more prevalent, laws were changed to disallow cell phone use while driving to reduce accidents.
netineya [11]

<u>Culture lag</u> occurs when the laws were changed to disallow phone use—a technology that has become more prevalent—while driving to reduce accidents.

A theoretical phenomenon known as "cultural lag" occurs when advancements in material culture occur earlier or perhaps more quickly than advancements in non-material culture.

As a result, people may experience moral and ethical conundrums as new social norms emerge.

The sociological concept of cultural lag can be used to recognize and explain social conflicts, foresee and solve present issues, reduce accidents, and investigate how the adoption of new technologies can be challenging if a society is not ready for them.

From their reactions, what are both Paul and Mitchell most concerned with right after the accident? a) whether Mitchell is injur
ivolga24 [154]

Answer: C (Whether Ghost Wind is injured).

This question is birthed from Mildred D Taylor's "The Land" novel.

Below is an excerpt that helps answer this question.

<em />

<em>The way Ghost Wind had pulled back, I feared a ligament might be torn or even his leg fractured. </em>

<em> "</em><em>He all right?</em><em>" asked Mitchell, on his feet now. </em>

<em> Without looking at him, I shook my head. "Don't know. We got to get him back to the barn." </em>

<em> "</em><em>Your daddy's gonna kill me</em><em>," he said solemnly, </em><em>yet with no fear in his voice</em><em>, just a voice of matter of fact. "Course now, my daddy get t' me first, he'll do it. Don't blame him this time if he do, though, 'cause he's gonna lose his job sure once your daddy see that horse."</em>

Immediately after the accident, Mitchell asked if Ghost Wind was alright despite he himself having been on the ground moments before. They definitely weren't concerned about Mitchell (ruling out options A and D). As a matter of fact, Mitchell had made peace with the fact that Paul's dad will kill him. Paul didn't care if he would be punished. He just wanted to get Ghost wind back to the barn (ruling out option B).

Therefore, their most concern was whether Ghostwind had injured.

Under the articles of confederation how many votes did it require to amend the articles of confederation?
BlackZzzverrR [31]

Answer:

The document was also practically impossible to amend. The Articles required unanimous consent to any amendment, so all 13 states would need to agree on a change. Given the rivalries between the states, that rule made the Articles impossible to adapt after the war ended with Britain in 1783.
