What is Eightfold Path?

One of the main lessons of the Buddha's life is the Noble Eightfold Path. Right understanding, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration are just a few of the eight categories of Eightfold Path practices.

The Eightfold Path is also known as the Threefold Way as it contains the three basic aspects of Buddhist life, which are ethics, meditation and wisdom.

Malee is a vegetarians, for they believe that no living entity should be harmed or killed, especially for food. The Eightfold Path part as right livelihood.
