When you get a positive feedback, the best thing is to celebrate such a feed back and seek for new way to replicate it if possible. Positive feedback should always be communicated with the team so that the actions that led to it is reinforced.

What is positive feedback?

Positive feedback simply refers to a review that you have done something well. It also indicates that the person who is giving the feedback has noted some positive things about the person or thing being reviewed.

It is important to give positive feedback because it has the effect of motivating the person who have been reviewed to do more positive things, hence leading to more productivity.
