From the attached graph, we have the following points

(x, y) = (70, 75) and (61, 60)

The slope (m) is:

m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)

This gives

m = (60 - 75)/(61 - 70)

Evaluate

m = 1.7

The line of best fit is then calculated as:

y = m(x - x1) + y1

This gives

y = 1.7(x - 70) + 61

This gives

y = 1.7x - 119 + 61

Evaluate

y = 1.7x - 58

Hence, the equation of the line of best fit is y = 1.7x - 58
