The pills prevent the ovaries from releasing an egg.

The mini-pill, on the other hand, prevents sperm from reaching the egg. But it can also suppress ovulation, just not consistently.

in my opinion, it is just a mere ethical issue. the reason i think so, is because by definition ethics are beliefs and morals regarding ones behavior. Since the nurse was rude to the patient, she/he did not display any ethics. i dont think this is a legal issue because magazines are not something that the patient requires to live.
