Interpersonal conflict refers to any type of conflict involving two or more people. It's different from an intrapersonal conflict, which refers to an internal conflict with yourself. Mild or severe, interpersonal conflict is a natural outcome of human interaction.

However, conflict can have both positive and negative outcomes. On the positive side, conflict can result in greater creativity or better decisions. For example, as a result of a disagreement over a policy, a manager may learn from an employee that newer technologies help solve problems in an unanticipated new way.

According to Cahn and Abigail, interpersonal conflict consists of four unique parts:

1) interdependence between or among the conflict parties,

(2) incompatible goals/means,

(3) conflict can adversely affect a relationship if not handled effectively, and (4) there is a sense of urgency to resolve the conflict.

How long does it take for a short pulse of light to travel from one end of the glass to the other?
AveGali [126]

It takes nd/ (lambda*f) time or a short pulse of light to travel from one end of the glass to the other.

If we talk about free space, that is, vacuum, light travels at a speed of 3x10^8 m/s, yet inside a glass light travels at a speed of v= c/n, where v is the velocity of the light and n is the refractive index. Now,

v=d/t,

so t= d/v

t= d/ (c/n)= n*d/c

c= lambda*f

t= nd/(lambda*f)

here, d is the thickness of the block, t is the time required and c refers to speed of light.

A person who enters or remains on the property with the occupant’s expressed or implied permission is called (a)n
antoniya [11.8K]

Answer:

invitee

Explanation:

According to my research on different property law terminology, I can say that based on the information provided within the question this is called an invitee. Mostly because the owner's of the property or house are inviting the individual to enter or remain in the property, if the owners did not invite the individual and wanted that individual to leave then the individual would be considered a trespasser.
