Enzymes can be inhibited in different ways this can inclued three types of reversible enzyme inhibition: competitive, non-competitive and uncompetitive.

How can enzymes be inhibited?

Irreversible and reversible enzymatic inclusion. A valent-chain inhibitor occurs with a valent-chain inhibitor, whereas a valent enzyme does not occur with a valent-chain inhibitor.

In enzymatic inhibition, the inhibiting substance forms chemical bonds with the enzymes in order to interfere with their catalytic activity. This inclued types of enzyme inhibition:

 • Irreversible inhibitors bind to enzymes leading to their definitive inactivation. These inhibitors are very toxic to the body as they are not specific, being able to inactivate any enzyme.
 • Reversible inhibitors can be divided into two groups: competitive and non-competitive. This division is based on the presence or absence of competition between the inhibitor and the substrate for the active center of the enzyme.

The carbon that plants need for photosynthesis comes from...?
ArbitrLikvidat [17]
Plants take in that carbon dioxide from the air, and take in water (H2O) as well. Photosynthesis produces a chemical reaction that creates glucose, or C6H12O6, out of CO2 and H2O.

Hope this helps!

You have discovered a single celled organism that you have determined is in either Domain Archaea or Kingdom Fungi. What piece o
Nikolay [14]

Answer: The Cell structure.

Explanation: Most Archaeas don't have membrane-bound organelles, they are mostly unicellular prokaryotic organisms.

Archaea are found living alongside bacteria in many environments. Recently Archaea belongs to Crenarchaeota have been implicated in nitrogen cycling in the soil.

Fungi are eukaryotic multicellular organisms and they have membrane-bound organelles. they are hence more closely related to plants and animals than to bacteria or archaea. Like eukaryotes, Fungi has nuclei with chromosomes that contain DNA. They possess membrane-bound organelles such as mitochondria. Fungi are heterotrophs, and they are saprophytic, they feed on decaying matter. some fungi occur as unicellular organisms, they are generally referred to as yeasts.

A student exposed to streptococcus comes down with a high fever. What is the likely cause?
marta [7]

Answer:

The correct answer would be Bacteria toxin.

High temperature or fever is one of the symptoms associated with bacterial or viral infection.

Our immune system increases the temperature of our body in response to antigen or toxin associated with infectious agents such as bacteria or virus.

It makes the body or environment less favorable for bacteria or other infectious agents as they are temperature sensitive.
