By increasing workload like run faster , lift heavier weight or stretch further than normal during training.If your workload increases are more likely to develop heart disease, hypertension , joint pain , weight loss and tiredness in your body .

When workload increase it also effect your moods , health and behavior , overall body which leads poor focus .Its difficult to concentrating on task. But you can do limited workload day by day which can help you in increasing work intensity and not effect health.
