area of the bigger circle = πr² = 3.14 × 25² = 1962.5 cm²

area of the smaller region = πr² = 3.14 × 8²  = 200.96 cm²

the probability of landing on the shaded region of the figure = 200.96 / 1962.5

the probability of landing on the shaded region of the figure = 0.10
