Differentiation education can provide students with the support they need, rather than grouping them into large groups. The smaller the group, the easier it is to see who has mastered the purpose of the lesson and acquired the skills to move forward.

If the materials and activities are differentiated, they will match the needs of the student. And that fit means better engagement, less frustration, and less boredom. You can probably imagine what that means ... much better behavior that gives you, the teacher, and you more time to focus on connecting with students through play.

Differentiation instruction is a teaching approach that tailors teaching to meet the diverse learning needs of students. This allows students to demonstrate their knowledge in a variety of ways. It does not replace the goals of your child's IEP or 504 plan.

Answer:

Moral compass

Explanation:

Moral compass refers to the group of values a person has and that make that person to behave in a certain way. According to that, the answer is that a rights theorist would say that Kyle is using moral compass to make this choice because a rights behaviorist thinks that people are holders of certain rights and Kyle decided to implement two 8-hour shifts because it was what he considered that had to be done according to his values and people's rights.
