Finally, interdependent nursing interventions are those nurses perform as part of a team of medical professionals working together to care for a patient.
Interventions that support physical functioning include maintaining the client's nutritional status and maintaining the client's regular bowel habits. Interventions that support psychosocial functioning and facilitate lifestyle changes include those that support a client's learning and those that change the client's unwanted behaviour.
