The Nurse at the mental health center should start with gently asking whether the client would wash the hands and face if given a basin of water.

What is Mental Health?

 • Our emotional, psychological, and social well-being are all parts of our mental health. It influences our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Additionally, it influences how we respond to stress, interact with others, and make decisions.
 • Every period of life, from childhood and adolescence to maturity, is vital for mental health. If you have mental health issues, they may have an impact on your thinking, mood, and behavior over the course of your life.
 • There are numerous elements that affect mental health issues, such as:
 • biological components, including DNA or the chemistry of the brain
 • Experiences with trauma or abuse in life
 • a history of mental illness in the family
 • Mental health issues are widespread, but assistance is available. People with mental health issues can improve, and many make a full recovery.

Before building enough trust to strip for a shower, the client must feel at ease in the setting; the nurse's comment gives the client the freedom to decide. Declaring that the client needs to take a shower right away or demanding that the staff provide the client a shower could make the client feel more anxious and helpless and exacerbate any delusional ideas they may be experiencing. It will not improve the client's self-image to gently point out that their appearance is disturbing the other clients, and it is irrelevant what the other clients may think.

Which three countries had the fewest immigrants come to the United States in 1880s?
blagie [28]
Between 1870 and 1900, the largest number of immigrants continued to come from northern and western Europe including Great Britain, Ireland, and Scandinavia. But "new" immigrants from southern and eastern Europe were becoming one of the most important forces in American life. More controversial, and much more limited, was immigration from Asia and Latin America.
