B. Emphysema
Emphysema, in this condition it causes fragile air sacs to rupture, or stretch out. As this condition begins to progress the lungs begin to lose the ability to absorb oxygen.

and for AIDS specifically it can also be caused by mixing of blood, by contacting the blood of an infected person, or by mother's blood transfered to feotus
