The answer would be lupus it’s an autoimmune disease. Cancer is a genetic disease. Sickle cell disease is a blood disease that’s inherited and Cardiovascular disease is that a disease affecting the heart and blood.

1) Lupus is the disease that makes your immune system attack your own tissues and organs with are made from cells so it would be the best answer since the other ones are way off or too general.

2) Cancer would work for this question, BUT it could be sickle cell disease, but its really rare that happens so that would make a bad answer choice.Meanwhile, the CHANCES  for cardiovascular diseases are increased because of lupus, which means not 100%, so not sure if you want to go with this one.
