Yes you would inhale second hand smoke which is just as dangerous. All of the toxins that the person next to you is smoking will also be exhaled and will be transferred to you

If someone next to u is smoking u will be harmed. it's called second-hand smoke.
it's just as dangerous as smoking the cigarette yourself. approximately 58,800 people die each year from it.
